产品介绍水份活度(Water Activity)主要反映物料平衡状态下的水分状态。各种微生物的活动和各种化学与生化反应都有一定的AW阈值,因此AW影响生物制品的营养、风味、色泽、质构、流变特性及微生物生长。测定AW值可以判断产品的货架寿命,选择合理的储藏条件和包装材料。
联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织(FAO/WHO)药物和食品委员会、U.S食品和药物管理局、日本食品卫生法规等都将AW作为某些食品的控制性指标。HA1-AW-1型智能水分活度测定仪由高精度传感器采样,单片机为核心,进行信号采集和处理,并用标准盐饱和溶液分段校准。它具有测量精度高,测量时间短。该机工作稳定,操作简便,主要技术指标均达到国外同类产品的水平,具有较高的实用价值。AW测量范围:0.000~1.000
