高压开关柜温度在线监测系统（ MT701 ）
电力系统高压设备在运行过程中常出现表面氧化腐蚀、紧固螺栓松动、触点和母线排连接处老化等问题,造成设备过热而出现严重事故。由于开关柜内有裸露高压，空间封闭狭小，无法进行人工巡查测温，传统的测温方式都无法地解决这个问题。 
系统的原理：系统是将无线温度记录仪安装到开关柜内，在线监测记录该点温度，同时还可以无线方式将数据上传，集中显示，并具有报警功能。用户可远程监视设备温度运行状态，发现设备温度异常，系统自动远程报警，以便及时消除事故隐患。 
系统的测温终端采用专用的温度记录仪，功耗低，重量轻，安装方便，电池供电，工作。该终端是独立的工作单元，采集到的数据记录在其内部的芯片上，即使监控中心的主机关闭或数据传输通道中断也不会影响其记录功能，从而确保了数据的完整性。在高压开关柜内部的合适位置上安装无线接收器，采集柜内若干终端发送的数据信号，系统实现了双向数据传输，即操作人员可以远程设定终端工作参数，或远程下载终端中的温度数据，也可以选择温度的在线监测功能。 系统组成部分：

KYN28-12高压开关柜

 

一、概述
KYN28-12（Z）型铠装移开式交流金属封闭开关柜系额定电压3.6~12kV三相交流50Hz的户内成套配电装置。用于发电厂送电、电业系统和工矿企业变电所受电、配电、实现控制、保护、检测之目的，还可以用于频繁启动高压电动机等。

      最近一个时期从网上和报纸上读了一些关于当前电力改革的文章，特别是看到了一些业内专家颇有见地的意见。作为一个退休多年的电力职工受此启发，我也作了一些思考，现写出来请批评指正。一、国外的电力改革更多的是一个政治命题。电力改革始于英国，源于刚刚去世的铁娘子撒切尔夫人的私有化和自由化资本主义的治国理念，其核心是私有化和自由竞争。英国的电力改革经过几轮改变，目前尚在进行中，它的成败得失只能由英国人自己去评估。正由于电力改革主要是一个政治命题，各个国家的国情、社情和电情又都不同，因此在世界电力改革浪潮的推动下，各国改革的模式呈现多样化，有的发达国家电力体制甚至还维持原样不动。我们不便也不可能对别国的做法作出恰当评论。
