德国力士乐油泵|rexroth油泵|力士乐a10vso柱塞泵|力士乐a4vso高压柱塞泵|力士乐a2fo泵车柱塞泵|力士乐a11vo油泵博世力士乐生产先进的工业液压元件与系统,配合了微电子技术,令传动有力而精确。其电子传动与控制产品及系统永远走在科技前端力士乐柱塞泵根据倾斜元件的不同,有斜盘式和斜轴式两种。斜盘式是斜盘相对回转的缸体有一倾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往复运动。传动轴轴线和缸体轴线是一致的。这种结构较简单,转速较高,但工作条件要求高,柱塞端部与斜盘的接触部往往是薄弱环节。斜轴式的斜盘轴线与传动轴轴线是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸体相对传动轴倾斜一角度而使柱塞作往复运动。流量调节依靠摆动柱塞缸体的角度来实现,故有的又称摆缸式。它与斜盘式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但结构复杂。轴向柱塞泵与径向柱塞泵比较,排出压力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范围内工作,效率也高,径向尺寸小、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。但结构较径向柱塞泵复杂,加工制造要求高,价格较贵。轴向柱塞泵一般用于机床、冶金、锻压、矿山及起重机械的液压传动系统中,特别广泛地应用于大功率的液压传动系统中。为了提高效率,在应轴向柱塞泵一般都由缸体、配油盘、柱塞和斜盘等主要零件组成。缸体内有多个柱塞,柱塞是轴向排列的,即柱塞的中心线平行于传动轴的轴线,因此称它为轴向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往复式柱塞泵,因为它的柱塞不仅在泵缸内做往复运动,而且柱塞和泵缸与斜盘相对有旋转运动。柱塞以一球形端头与斜盘接触。在配油盘上有高低压月形沟槽,它们彼此由隔墙隔开,保证一定的密封性,它们分别与泵的进油口和出油口连通。斜盘的轴线与缸体轴线之间有一倾斜角度。

力士乐油泵概述
力士乐油泵是液压系统的动力机构,它将原动机(电动机、内燃机等)的机械能转变为液体的压力能。
力士乐油泵可以分为容积式和非容积室(蜗轮式)两种。
非容积式有离心泵、轴流泵等,利用高速旋转的叶轮使进口产生真空吸入液体,并在出口连续输出压力液体。这种泵进口与出口相通,效率随液体粘度增加而降低,并且输出液体量随出口压力升高而显著减少。
容积式泵是通过一个封闭的空间容积的变化来实现吸油和压油的。当这个封闭容积由小变大时进行吸油,由大变小时进行压油。典型的为力士乐柱塞泵,柱塞从缸孔中拉出时吸油,压进时压油。这种泵进口与出口是被隔开的,效率取决于隔开吸压油腔的各对运动零件间的结构工艺间隙及油液的粘度等。粘度越高效率越高,输油量几乎保持不变(因效率略有影响,另外压力升高至18MPa,油液会被压缩1%)。

力士乐油泵的供油和自吸
Rexroth柱塞泵具有一定的自吸能力,但自吸的高度不宜超过500mm,并且严禁在吸入管道上安装滤油器,吸入管道直径不小于推荐数值,另外自吸时一定要把泵先调至全偏角。
在转速超过1500rpm时,宜采用供油,供油压力为0.7MPa左右。在开式系统中,供油泵的流量应为该泵的130%,在闭式系统中,供油泵的流量应为该泵的35%。

REXROTH油泵分类
力士乐油泵有三大类:力士乐柱塞泵,力士乐叶片泵,力士乐齿轮泵,REXROTH力士乐柱塞泵根据倾斜元件的不同,有斜盘式和斜轴式两种。斜盘式是斜盘相对回转的缸体有一倾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往复运动。传动轴轴线和缸体轴线是一致的。这种结构较简单,转速较高,但工作条件要求高,柱塞端部与斜盘的接触部往往是薄弱环节,REXROTH叶片泵只不过是离心泵的一种具体应用的泵而命名。实质上砂泵只是一个笼统的叫法,力士乐齿轮泵是采用齿轮内啮合原理,内外齿轮节圆紧靠一边,另一边被泵盖上“月牙板”隔开。主轴上的主动内齿轮带动其中外齿轮同向转动,在进口处齿轮相互分离形成负压而吸入液体 。
REXROTH柱塞泵:斜轴式的斜盘轴线与传动轴轴线是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸体相对传动轴倾斜一角度而使柱塞作往复运动。流量调节依靠摆动柱塞缸体的角度来实现,故有的又称摆缸式。它与斜盘式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但结构复杂。 轴向柱塞泵与径向柱塞泵比较,排出压力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范围内工作,效率也高,径向尺寸小、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。但结构较径向柱塞泵复杂,加工制造要求高,价格较贵。 为了提高效率,在应轴向柱塞泵一般都由缸体、配油盘、柱塞和斜盘等主要零件组成。缸体内有多个柱塞,柱塞是轴向排列的,即柱塞的中心线平行于传动轴的轴线,因此称它为轴向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往复式柱塞泵,因为它的柱塞不仅在泵缸内做往复运动,而且柱塞和泵缸与斜盘相对有旋转运动。柱塞以一球形端头与斜盘接触。在配油盘上有高低压月形沟槽,它们彼此由隔墙隔开,保证一定的密封性,它们分别与泵的进油口和出油口连通。斜盘的轴线与缸体轴线之间有一倾斜角度。
REXROTH叶片泵:一般主要用在矿业,煤炭,冶金,化工,环保等行业。一般意义的砂泵更多是指用在环保,挖沙,河道清淤等行业较多。REXROTH叶片泵工作前,先将泵内充满液体,然后启动离心泵,叶轮快速转动,叶轮的叶片驱使液体转动,液体转动时依靠惯性向叶轮外缘流去,同时叶轮从吸入室吸进液体,在这一过程中,叶轮中的液体绕流叶片,在绕流运动中液体作用一升力于叶片,反过来叶片以一个与此升力大小相等、方向相反的力作用于液体,这个力对液体做功,使液体得到能量而流出叶轮,这时液体的动能与压能均增大。 REXROTH叶片泵依靠旋转叶轮对液体的作用把原动机的机械能传递给液体。由于离心泵的作用液体从叶轮进口流向出口的过程中,其速度能和压力能都得到增加,被叶轮排出的液体经过压出室,大部分速度能转换成压力能,然后沿排出管路输送出去,这时,叶轮进口处因液体的排出而形成真空或低压,吸水池中的液体在液面压力(大气压)的作用下,被压入叶轮的进口,于是,旋转着的叶轮就连续不断地吸入和排出液体。 REXROTH叶片泵以其结构简单、使用维修方便、效率较高而成为农业上应用最广泛一种水泵,但也因提不上水而令人倍感烦恼。

REXROTH油泵结构
1、柱塞泵它是由于柱塞缸体相对传动轴倾斜一角度而使柱塞作往复运动。流量调节依靠摆动柱塞缸体的角度来实现,故有的又称摆缸式。它与斜盘式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但结构复杂。 轴向柱塞泵与径向柱塞泵比较,排出压力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范围内工作,效率也高,径向尺寸小、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。但结构较径向柱塞泵复杂,加工制造要求高,价格较贵。
2、REXROTH叶片泵均为卧式、单泵壳结构的离心泵。采用特殊的卡箍夹紧泵体与泵盖,泵的吐出口方向可在360度的任何一个位置,安装使用方便。 砂泵的轴承组件采用圆筒式结构,便于调整叶轮与泵体之间的间隙,维修时可整体拆除。轴承采用油脂润滑。砂泵的轴封形式有填料密封、付叶轮密封、机械密封。砂泵流道宽畅,汽蚀性能好,效率高,耐磨蚀。
3、力士乐齿轮泵是采用齿轮内啮合原理,内外齿轮节圆紧靠一边,另一边被泵盖上“月牙板”隔开。主轴上的主动内齿轮带动其中外齿轮同向转动,在进口处齿轮相互分离形成负压而吸入液体,齿轮在出口处不断嵌入啮合而将液体挤压输出。由于这种独特结构,所以特别适用于输送粘度大的介质,粘度范围为:0.2-1000000cp可反向输送,只要更换电机转向即可;力士乐内啮合泵体可转向,进出口位置成直角,便于选配进出口位置;力士乐齿轮泵在泵体、端盖、轴承座间都有连接方便的保温或冷却介质的进出接口。REXROTH啮合具有:无困油现象、输送平稳、效率高、噪音小,使用寿命厂的优点。内啮合齿轮泵适用于输送石油、化工、涂料、染料、食品、油脂、医药等行业中的牛顿液体或非牛顿液体,输送液体的种类可由轻质、挥发性液体,直至重质、粘稠,甚至半固态液体。
