Agilent 1260 Infinity II 液相色谱系统 与新色谱柱技术和先进的备件相结合,可保证稳定可靠的分离和检测性能。1260 Infinity II 四元泵能够提供达 600 bar 的压力,完美适用于InfinityLab Poroshell 120 色谱柱。无脉冲、稳定而混合均匀的梯度可确保获得更的灵敏度和更可靠的结果,而较小的填料颗粒可实现更快速的分离和更的分离度。这款泵多支持四种溶剂,使您在自动溶剂混合中获得极灵活性,适用于各种研究和常规应用。稳定的材料能够耐受苛刻的应用,能够支持泵持续运行数年,从而大程度缩短停机时间并降低运行成本。 在分析生物样品或需要采用极端 pH 条件的应用中,可采用度耐腐蚀的钛金属四元泵。与其他 1260 Infinity II 生物惰性模块结合后,即可配置出安捷伦独有的包含完全无金属样品流路、且压力范围达 600 bar 的系统。 1260 Infinity II 容量柱温箱多可容纳四根 30 cm 色谱柱,并可通过 InfinityLab 快速更换切换阀直接操作每根色谱柱。无需断开并重新连接色谱柱即可自动运行不同方法。全部四根色谱柱均包含的固定式标签可记录色谱柱 ID 和完整使用历史,确保符合法规指南要求。色谱柱追踪也有助于避免重要序列运行过程中的故障,或避免固定相、溶剂和温度不匹配。 二极管阵列检测器的灵敏度流通池能够检测极低的样品浓度。我们还为二极管阵列检测器和荧光检测器提供了殊的生物惰性流通池,确保对生物样品实现安全的数据采集。
